This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.apivirine.com (“Site”) and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service, in accordance with Shopify’s platform requirements.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The item arrived damaged

• The item is defective

• The incorrect product was shipped

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Include order number, full name, reason for request, and photos if applicable.

AUTHORIZED RETURNS ONLY

Returns are accepted only with prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers pay return shipping unless the error was ours.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on the provider.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled prior to fulfillment.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact us before filing disputes. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. International orders are final once shipped.
